⏱️ Timing & Rules
1. Service Launch: After receiving your confirmed order, we will start the errand within 12 hours (year-round, no exceptions for weekends and holidays).
2. Completion Time: The entire errand will be completed within 2 working days from the start time (excluding cross-city transit time).
3. Service Period Limit: Total service period per task is 2 working days (from launch to completion). An additional 100 USD will be charged per extra day if delayed by your request changes (e.g., address change, extra requirements); partial day counts as 1 full day.
4. Express Rule: After paying 50 USD express fee, completion time can be shortened to 1 working day. Overtime fee is still 100 USD/day.

📝 Order Notice
- Provide detailed addresses, contacts and key operation points of all service cities when ordering to avoid cross-city delays due to incomplete information.
- Valid authorization and value certification are required in advance if picking up/delivering sensitive or high-value items.
- Payment Methods: PayPal, credit card, cross-border transfer supported. Full payment required to confirm order; express fee to be paid separately.
- After-sales Guarantee: Full refund (including express fee) if task fails due to our operational error; no refund if caused by incorrect information you provided.
- Multi-city Transportation: Cross-city transit fees (high-speed rail/flight/taxi, etc.) shall be borne by you at actual cost. We will estimate and confirm the fee in advance based on service cities before ordering.
